Donna Dillon5 Stars Out Of 5ExcellentOctober 6, 2013Donna DillonQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book is the answer to all the confusion the emotion of anger has caused in people's lives. Everyone intelligent enough to read it would highly benefit and save themselves much emotional turmoil. Lester does an extremely thorough job in analyzing anger to it's very core and in explaining how Christians should view, think, and respond to the many angry episode's we experience in our daily lives. I cannot give it a high enough rating. How anyone could judge this work poorly after thoroughly and attentively reading it is beyond me. I believe it is a blessing to have run across this in my search for understanding of this emotion.
Michael V. Baxter1 Stars Out Of 5December 25, 2007Michael V. BaxterOne must know beforehand that this book is written by one who does not believe in the literal interpretation of Scripture. This work is dedicated to validating man's anger as a legitimate, divine emotion, but Mr. Lester does so from a science first, bible second approach. It becomes evident that Andrew believes in the human sciences above God's word. This book would not be recommended for anyone not grounded in the word, for they may end up chocking on all the "bones." Chapters 7 thru 9 are worthwhile, but everything else eeks of the popular liberal syncretism of evolution and creation. Look up the word "anger" in your concordance and save yourself the $25 dollars.
