.".. And I Will Heal Their Land" is a book for such a time as this. Not only does our nation, our land, need healing, but so does the landscape of each of our individual hearts. Healing as individuals enables us to heal corporately and rise up in this time to come forth victorious. There is much to be done and much to be undone to go forward. Dr. Michele Marie Burke leads us swiftly and artfully through seven essential areas of necessary change within the body of Christ to raise up a bride fitting for His return.
Each chapter comes alive with vital shifts in perception and action that, if embraced, can result in a church equipped and anointed to pursue the call of destiny. We are in a time pregnant with possibility. Our potential is only limited by our vision or lack thereof. Now is the time to hear what the Spirit of the Lord would say. Now is the time to hear the clarion call to arise from our low place and stand to go forward in victory.
You will find your heart call within these pages-a call for change, a call for hope, a call for propelling forward. For anyone who has become disillusioned with religion, .".. And I Will Heal Their Land" opens the heart (and it is always a heart issue) to the reality of a deeper relationship with God by living His way. This book is insightful, sprinkled with humor, and filled with real life examples. You are sure to emerge from time spent within these pages with provision. This is a read for young and old alike, the seasoned and those just dipping their toes in the water for the first time. As we wash in the water of the Word, we come forth refreshed.

Tell us a little about yourself. Growing up an Army dependent, serving in Washington, D.C. in a successful Federal career, I have enjoyed traveling and working closely with people from all walks of life. I am currently leading a national intercessory prayer ministry called Esthers Warriors Ministry including men and women across denominational lines praying for such a time as this. Teaching and encouraging believers is my passion. With love of God and love of country at the heart of the ministry my focus is to equip the body of Christ to rise up victorious in this time. I am blessed to be a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women and chosen Woman of the Year, 2011/2012; an honored member of Cambridge Whos Who; and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY; Master of Professional Studies from the New School for Social Research; Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling, Master of Arts in Theology, and a Doctor of Ministry in Theology from Life Christian University. I live in upstate New York with my Brussels Griffon, Benjamin.
What was your motivation behind this project? This book was written as my doctoral thesis with the intent of publishing it after graduation. The primary motivation behind this project is to bring a word in season to heal us individually and corporately. Healed, we can arise and step out victorious.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? "And I Will Heal Their Land" is a book for such a time as this. Not only does our nation, our land, need healing, but so does the landscape of each of our individual hearts. Healing as individuals enables us to heal corporately and rise up in this time to come forth victorious. I hope each reader will heal at the very heart level. With God's grace, I pray that every reader will walk away a better person, a changed person.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? Each chapter forever changed me at the very heart level. Readers have said this is a book of conviction to induce change. It was certainly a book of conviction for me as the author. The personal impact for me was a closer walk with the Lord and a deeper conviction to live out my destiny in Him.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? I was influenced and inspired by my faithfilled parents who raised me with a strong Christian foundation. Blessed to encounter many strong and transparent men and women of God I have walked a very unique path and learned from each of them. Finally, my pastor encouraged me to follow God's leading and fully use the gifts He had given me. I remain deeply grateful to all I have encountered on my journey.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: We are in a time as never before in our country and in the world. Change is needed on every level. "And I Will Heal Their Land" offers seven chapters that will change us one heart at a time. As our heart beats in sync with His the world around us will change. That change will go forward exponentially to resonate throughout the world.
