This review was written for An Amish Wedding.
An Amish Wedding is a charming book consisting of three novellas. It includes A Perfect Secret, by Kelly Long, A Perfect Match, by Kathleen Fuller, and A Perfect Plan, by Beth Wiseman. They are stories of Amish couples and the struggles they endure.

In the first story, Rose and Luke have been best friends since childhood. Rose accepts his rather matter of fact proposal, knowing that it will be beneficial to both families and feeling satisfied her extensive knowledge of Luke. She eventually realizes that she does not know him as well as she thought and the journey to remedy that is not an easy one.

In the second story, Naomi and Zeke meet when he comes to town to help his cousin. He feels an immediate attraction, but she tries to pair him off with a friend of hers instead. When the friend turns the situation around and brings Zeke and Naomi together, they discover a lasting love.

The last story tells of Priscilla and Chester. Their wedding has been planned, but everything that can go wrong does, causing them to wonder if they should go through with it. They doubt whether it can be God's will with all of the setbacks. In the end, they find that God is guiding them through all of it.

This was a wonderful book. I enjoyed having the entire story to read in one sitting. I recommend it to all who enjoy Amish fiction.

I love books about the Amish, so when it became available through BookSneeze.com I grabbed it up. This is a very good book. I loved all three of the stories. Although they were separate stories , they were one. They were linked together perfectly. I love Beth Wiseman and have many of her books. This was no disappointment. She has wonderful writing style and as always I could not put the book down. It is a great read for anyone who is a fan of hers or of the Amish. I give it 5 Stars.

I have been reading quite a bit of Amish Christian Fiction lately and wasn't sure if I would enjoy yet another from the same category, but I thought I would give it a try.

I thoroughly enjoyed these 3 short stories! The author's are very similar in their writing styles, and at times I found myself forgetting that they were written by 3 different ladies. Sometimes, it can be a bit choppy or rough when you have multiple author's writing and trying to connect different stories together, but that wasn't the case here!

I loved how all 3 stories were connected, the characters and story lines you grew to love in the 1st story were continued throughout the rest of the book. The couples were entwined with each other, and even in the end you were learning something new about the 1st couple!

I highly suggest reading this even if you are getting burnt out on Amish Fiction! After all, everyone loves a wedding, or 2, or 3!!

I received this book free from the publisher and was not required to write a positive review.

I am a big fan of the Amish books. After visiting the Amish settlement in Berlin, Ohio it has made the books so much more real. It is so interesting to read about the rituals and their way of living.

This is another great Amish book and I love that there are three stories in one. It is great to hear about their wedding routines and rituals that they have to follow living in an Amish settlement. It is not something I could do but definitely admire those that do.

This is a great book that I would suggest to anyone that likes reading romance novels and Amish stories.

An Amish Wedding, a collection of three novellas by three Inspirational Amish writers — Kelly Long, Katherine Fuller and Beth Wiseman, follows the stories of three young friends as they contemplate their wedding day.

A Perfect Secret by Kelly Long is Rose Bender's story. She knows who she loves, but does she know who he is? The share some common interests, and they are both Amish, but the secret she and the reader stumble upon one dark night causes both the question what do these two share? And who is the thief in the community? Secrets in a relationship are seldom healthy, and these need to be resolved quickly. Kelly carries the reader along with Rose as she finds answers to the questions she has, and both she and the reader learn that pretending to be who you are not, is harder than it looks.

In A Perfect Match by Kathleen Fuller, Naomi is not only a baker but a friend who wants only happiness for her friends even if it brings her heartache. Having helped Rose overcome her insecurities, she turns her attention to her friend and assistant Margaret, who is painfully shy when she becomes the attention of young men. Regardless of what her heart tells her, or the young man, for that matter, she feels Margaret needs to pay attention to the stranger from out of the county. Hearts win out, and when Margaret finds someone who loves her, right beside her, maybe Naomi can pay attention to her own happiness.

When Beth Wiseman wrote "A Perfect Plan" she wrote about something i think all young brides hope for...that nothing will go wrong for the couple. Priscilla thinks that if the perfect plans she makes go on without a hitch, she must be living in God's Will, but when things don't turn out in the order she wants them to, or even turn out how she wants them to, she begins to doubt. A perfect life does not necessarily doing God's Will, nor does one of hardship mean the opposite.

I loved all three novellas, though felt that each one could have stood on its own as a novel with more depth being given to the characters. However, each story is clear in its message, and together, they bring an inspiration to living...God is ultimately in control, and we need to rest in this truth, whether we are contemplating marriage, our life's work or any other situation. Through all three novellas trust is a major issue.

I received this ebook from Thomas Nelson Publishers through the Booksneeze program for review. I was not required to give a positive review just my honest opinion in exchange for a free book/ebook.
