American History Supplemental Reading Lesson Plans: Four Year Schedule for 3rd-6th Grade

The Memoria Press Core Curriculum for Grades 3-6 focuses primarily on geography since it's helpful for students to know where events take place in the world. However, for those parents who'd like to also introduce American history during the grammar school years, this "American Studies Supplemental Reading Lesson Plan" for Grades 3-6 will provide helpful scheduling for supplemental history-based literature. Each grade's lesson plan is a single column. Weeks run down the left side of the page with the grades running along the top of two pages. Each week lists what book to read, and how much of it (e.g "half" or "Chapters 19-21) for 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, and 6th Grade. The next two pages feature the book lists for each grade.
