This was a fun novella set of four friends who run Weddings by Design and they put their all into the business to make sure wedding dreams of others are met. Yet all of them are missing that happily ever after in their lives.

From meet cutes to ending up finding out a crush is still single, to all the secrets these friends were keeping from one another, the thread of the story woven throughout kept a good pace.

This was a cute romance that just goes to show you can never give up on love and where it might pop up and surprise you the most. And as an extra bonus, all these authors were new to me.

I was provided a copy of this novel from the publisher. I was not required to post a positive review and all views and opinions are my own.

An incredible collection of stories about friends who own a Wedding planning business

This collection about four friends who build a wedding business together provides the perfect weekend read. Because all four stories tie together, I found myself unable to put this book down. All four women carry secrets that could destroy their business, but through grace and faith, they persevere.

The collection begins with Felicity Edwards' story. She bakes the most incredible-sounding cakes, and her attention to detail amazed me. When her high school crush walks into the building, she mistakenly believes he plans to marry the woman with him. You will have to read the book in order to find out what happens.

Next, comes the story of Kiki who designs the most incredible dresses, and serves as a seamstress. She finds herself dealing with quite a lot in the story. But with the perfect man working to help her, the conclusion made me smile. But you will need to read the story in order to find out the ending.

Cassie, an extremely introverted planner extraordinaire, takes care of all the general wedding planning details. She proves how first impressions often lead us to wrong conclusions. I loved how she faces her introverted nature and discovers ways to adapt to her circumstances.

Finally, comes the story of Ronnie, an amazing chef, who overcomes her own difficulties to find love, just like all her friends and co-owners. I have to say I loved this one as well.

This collection provides an incredible look at women who find friendship at church and then create an incredible business together, called Wedding by Designs. I wish 29 years when my husband and I decided to marry that Weddings by Design existed and they were able to plan my wedding. So check out this book for yourself.

I received a complimentary copy of this book, but this in no way influenced my review. All opinions are my own.

Always a Wedding Planner is a 4 in 1 book that is written by RL Ashly, Leeann Betts, Toni Shiloh, Davalynn Spencer. I always love reading collections like this since I get to read 4 stories into one book. There are four stories that build this book. The central theme is the four main characters are all part of the wedding planning process.

Finally a Sweetheart by Toni Shiloh kicks off this collection. Felicity is a baker and is the main character in this book. She doubts herself and her abilities. She is a likeable character. She starts dating her high school crush, Will. The one thing Felicity needs to learn is to be honest and not hold secrets back. She also needs to have more confidence in herself.

The next story in the book is Hemmed in by RL Ashly. KiKi is the main character in this story. She is a seamstress and not having a good track run with their new office manager. KiKi is a busy woman, she is also trying to restore a farm and raise her niece and nephew. Her character is comical and likeable. Bung is a firefighter, and seems to keep getting in the way. Seeing her navigate all of her responsibilities made for a good read. I do not think that I have read anything by this author.

The third story is The worst kept secret by Leann Betts. Her main character is Cassie. Cassie is a bit, um, judgmental. She was not my favorite character of the book, but I loved the lesson that the author presents in her book. Cassie is the official wedding planner. Cassie is a hard worker but seems to jump to conclusions before learning more about the situation. I have to admit, I have been like this in the past. Brady is the limo driver they use while planning weddings. However, she sees Brady driving dangerously. What will Cassie say? How will it affect Brady's business. This is where the lesson of not judging comes into play.

Finally we have Taste and See by Davalynn Spencer. This main character in this story is Ronnie. However, Ronnie loses her sense of smell due to an infection which is not a good thing when you are a chef/caterer. You have to be able to taste, smell, etc. She has to hire a plumber to help with a leak, and also has an ulterior motive. She has him tasting some of her creations. I loved this.

All of the stories are so well written, fit together nicely, and have great characters. I love collections like this. I received a copy of this book through the Celebrate Lit Blogging Program, all thoughts are my own.

"Oh taste and see that the Lord is good: Blessed is the man who puts his trust in Him!" (Psalm 34:8)

This book contains 4 enticing stories of victory that will set your feet to dancing.

Beware. Before a victory is won, a battle must be waged.

I enjoyed this book so much that I purchased and sent an additional copy to my cousin. I am sure that you will love these captivating tales as well. Enjoy!!

A group of friends come together to make dreams come true for others, will they find their own happily ever afters as well?

Finally Sweetheart by Toni Shiloh, is a sweet romance--literally. Felicity Anderson is a baker, and a run in with a former flame leads them to reconnect. Will Davenport has been burned by love before, can Felicity and Will move past what holds them back.

I really liked the characters from the beginning, this is the first story in the book and also introduces the ladies from subsequent stories. I loved the interaction between the characters and the engaging plot.

Hemmed In by R.L. Ashley - Kiki Bell is shocked to walk in one day to find all of her dresses, machines, and designs moved out into the garage by the new office manager of Weddings by Design. Kiki doesn't want to rock the boat so she tries to keep working around the changes, she is already busy caring for her young niece and nephew. When by chance encounter she meets local firefighter Bing Kelly, she brushes it off, but as they keep running into each other their connect becomes to hot to ignore.

My heart went out to the heroine in this story, Kiki really puts up with a lot and I was kinda disappointed in her friends for not picking up on things and standing up for her more. Tressa and Jack are super cute and I love how Bing connects with them right away. A fast paced read, with a humorous plot.

The Worst Kept Secret by Leann Betts -- Cassie Blackthorn is the coordinator of Weddings by Design, meanwhile limo owner Brady is scrambling to remedy his damaged reputation. Can they overcome a series of misunderstandings to find their own happy ending?

Business partners Cassie and Brady have known each other for a long time, through work. My heart when out to Brady who is trying so hard to change the misconceptions that Cassie has of him, though the situations were quite humorous looking back! A cute romance of misunderstandings.

Taste and See by Davalynn Spencer -- When Chef Saffron "Ronnie" Delarosa loses her sense of smell it puts her off her game, and a terrible smell brings her together with cowboy plumber Ty.

A cute story, and one of my favorites. I loved the interaction between Ty and Ronnie, as well as his adorable dogs.

Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable collection about a group of friends are they work together to make wedding dreams come true, while also finding loves of their own. Engaging read fill with great characters, romance, and faith.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
