Publisher Description

From the author's experience working with women, most sexual struggles in marriage today are a consequence of one or both of the partners' sexual pasts. Wilson sees this epidemic of sexual disinterest among married women as an unforeseen consequence of the sexual revolution.

In Kiss Me Again, she helps readers understand how buried feelings of shame, resentment and distrust rooted in the past can spoil sexual intimacy in marriage. Then with her trademark honesty and personal warmth, Wilson intoduces readers to a biblical, hope-filled journey of healing, re-bonding, and rekindled desire.

Chapters describe key steps in the healing process. For example:

  • Identifying and healing woulds
  • Breaking sexual bonds
  • Becoming friends again
  • Re-igniting desire

Wilson closes by showing how her readers can draw on their own experiences to become agents for change in families and community, and how to keep sexual and emotional health a priority in the years to come.
