I love this Bible and so does my son. He seems young for it now but it can grow with him into pre-teen years.

I can't wait to give it to my eight-year-old grandson for Christmas! I know he's going to love it and I know it will be very interesting to him, all the things that are added into it and the questions, etc...and it'll be easier for him to read than a Bible that's like for 12-year-old. I love that I was able to get his name imprinted on it also.

I really love the content and how this Bible is set up. It has a lot of kid-friendly facts and lots of color. However, as I was glancing through 2 Samuel 10:2 (David and Bathsheba) I realized that this version uses very explicit words to describe what happened. There is no covering up or hiding particular topics once your young child reads it. This might be something to overlook for some, but my kids are 10 and 7 and it is too early to be having "the talk." Overall this Bible is great and worth the money.....but maybe just not this version.
