An effective facilitator of adult learning must clearly understand the world of the learner -- teaching as an extension of learning. Using a 'view of learning from the inside out' approach, Adult Education leads the reader through various key aspects of how adult learners engage themselves in learning situations. Applying case studies from his vast experience with adult learners, Dr. Wodlinger places the reader into real situations, creating relevant connections with adults' lived learning experiences.
