Douglas Powe Jr., Professor and Associate Director of the Center for the Missional Church, Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, DC

"A wonderful, hopeful, and practical volume for pastors, laity, and judicatory leaders who want to facilitate and participate in adaptive change.
