I've done Made To Crave - and am finding my "how to" in this Participant's Guide. Good information The first emphasis was on what to ADD to your eating plan not on what you can't or shouldn't have. Having "circled this mountain long engogh, I'm heading north."
This is a fantastic tool for the weight loss journey. Lysa has walked this path and she teaches from her own experiences. Many of her struggles have been mine as well. She not only speaks to diet and exersize but to the spiritual and emotional aspect. I am one week 3 of the DVD series and am doing the study with a friend. I am finding these material to be helpful in other areas of struggle in my life. May God use this tool for others that are on this road.
