It's not new ideas it's just everything you already want to instill and be working toward thought out and organized with the tools all ready to go! It's made a tremendous difference in our 7 year old shifting the daily responsibilities to him and having him earn privileges that used to be taken for grantide. It has also set up an organized framework for us to manage our household. We love it!!!!!!

There is not any question about what should take place during the day because it is on the board. My kids get up inthe morning and get started without me having to say anything! WOW!! It keeps me and the kids accountable. We are now enjoying our time together instead of me always having to tell them what to do! I no longer feel like I am having to nag my children to do what is expected of them because they know what is expected!!
Melissa Hunt5 Stars Out Of 5June 3, 2010Melissa HuntExcellent program!! We have tailored it to our family & my two boys now love to do chores, turn over their chore cards & have our weekly family meeting. The chore boards really help them see what their responsibilities are & keep them on task during those busy times of the day. Some chores are just part of being a family & are to be done because they live here too! Others are done for a small allowance or other reward. This helps them learn that in real life there are responsibilites that we have that are to be done because it is the right thing to do, & others in which we work for pay. We are using the "pay" to teach the boys about money management as well. Both of my boys have told me just how much they love it, so I think that alone gives the program 5 stars!
