Ted and Lynn Murphy lead a happy life with three children and a small business, but the family's simple, suburban existence turns upside down when Ted signs a petition advocating for traditional marriage. What Ted saw as a small act of civic duty soon sends him stumbling into the spotlight of a community that now looks at the family man as a heartless bigot. The Murphys fight a fiery uproar that threatens not only to destroy their business, but also their religious freedom.
