This book is a welcomed proposal for relevant ministry training for today's emerging leaders. It traces the historical role theological training has played in the great renewals of the last three centuries. The book examines the root causes of the current crisis in theological training as a foundation for change in the way that leaders are formed. Radical change is needed in how we train our leaders in the church if renewal is to continue.
