Webster, Jr. has been the pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry, Ohio since November 1987. He is a graduate of Keane College in New Jersey and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. An avid reader, photographer and cyclist, his other favorite pursuits include spending time at the beach with family and friends and traveling. Bill and his wife, Linda, have three grown children.
