A Nanny for Keeps, the latest in Janet Lee Bartons Boardinghouse Betrothals series, is definitely a book you will want to keep! Long time readers will enjoy remembering old friends and meeting new faces and places in and around Heaton House. Set in 1898 New York City, this story pairs Georgia Marshall, an out of work schoolteacher and boarder at Mrs. Heatons Boardinghouse, with Sir Tyler Walker, English Baronet, who has recently moved to the city with his two pre-school aged children. Blaming himself for his wifes death, Sir Tyler only wants to make a new home for himself and his daughtersuntil he hires Georgia to be his temporary nanny. Promising herself that she will never love another man, Georgia falls in love with first the children, and then Sir Tyler himself. Can his guilt be overcome by his love for Georgia? Can she learn to trust a man, any man, again? What about the children?

Historically accurate, with a blend of the daily activities of both the Walker and Heaton households, social life and businesses in turn of the century New York City, Janet Lee Barton shows once again that true love is, indeed, for keeps.
