Download Instructions

To view instructions on how to download your files for the web browser you're using, just click on the picture and follow the instructions below.

1. 1. Click the Save button located at the bottom of the page after you click on the Download button next to the file you're trying to download.

   

2. 2. When the download has finished, you can either click Open to begin using the file or you can click Open Folder to see which folder it was saved to.

   

3. 3. If you click Open Folder, a new window will display showing you where the file was saved. From there, just double click to open or play the file.

   

1. 1. After you click the Download button next to the file you want to download, you should see a download bar appear at the bottom of your screen as the file is downloaded.

   

2. 2. Once the download has completed, you can either click on the title to open and use the file or click on Show All Downloads to see where it was saved.

   

3. 3. In the next window that displays, you can either click, Show in Folder or Open downloads folder to see where the default save location for your file is.

   

4. 4. If you click Open download folder, a new window will display showing you where the file was saved. From there, just double click to open or play the file.

   

1. 1. After you click the Download button next to the file you want to download, a dialog box should appear asking you what you'd like to do with the file, choose to Save File and click OK

   

2. 2. Once the file has downloaded click on the Blue arrow at the top right of your browser window.

   

3. 3. In the next window that displays, you can either click on the file to play it or click on the "Open Containing Folder" button to take you to where it was saved.

   

4. 4. A new window will display showing you where the file was saved. From there, just double click to open or play the file.
