Most of the pages just stopped randomly, and didn't have an explanation. I don't know if I got 2 faulty books or what, but it was pretty bad. My boyfriend and I got so frustrated with the book that we stopped trying to use it.
hugsnotdrugsAge: 25-34Gender: female1 Stars Out Of 5Shallow and unchallengingDecember 11, 2010hugsnotdrugsAge: 25-34Gender: femaleQuality: 1Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1I would never recommend this book as a devotional, nor buy another devotional from this author. It had shallow and unchallenging lessons, and used scripture out of context. If my new boyfriend and I have drawn closer from this devotional, it would be because of our mutual disappointment in the content of this book and desire for something that would challenge us in our faith and encourage our walk with Christ.
Amanda Porter1 Stars Out Of 5June 19, 2008Amanda PorterThis devotional was not what we thought it would be based on the description of it. We felt it was more geared toward two people who hardly know each other at all who are new Christians and have not lived and served in a body of believers for very long. However, if you are in a brand-new relationship with someone you have very recently met and are both new believers, it would be great for you!
Melissa Smith4 Stars Out Of 5June 4, 2008Melissa SmithThis is an excellent source for people who are brand new to a relationship. It will help them grow closer to each other and to God.
Erica Swift4 Stars Out Of 5November 4, 2007Erica SwiftThis is a nice book for new relationships, brings up topics not yet discussed, and some discussed in not so much detail. Recommended.

Tell us a little about yourself. I am now married. I have 2 boys of my own. My husband has 4 daughters, and now I have 4 daughters too. :) We worked through this book while we were dating, and my second and third books which are not published yet. It helped us get to know each other very well.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope that people will be able to learn more about themselves, more about the person they are dating, and most importantly, more about God and their walk with God.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? I found myself back on the dating scene after being married for 11 years. I wanted to be sure that the man I married was a man of God. I wanted to learn more about his spiritual walk. I wanted to do all this very early in the relationship but I didn't want it to be odd feeling. I looked for a devotional that might accomplish this but didn't find it. So through and inspiration from God, it came to me to write one.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: You can see a couple of excerpts from the book at my webside at www.30days.info/ drop me a line and let me know what you think. If you get the book, which I pray that you do, let me know if it has touched your life in anyway, or if you have any questions that might be great to use in the next book. Remember, God IS blessing!
