Wow! A Promise of Hope by Amy Clipston is a fantastic read! It is the second book in The Kauffman Amish Bakery Series.

Sarah Troyer is devastated after her husband Peter dies in a fire. Her heart breaks as she tries to figure out how she will continue living with twins on the way! Luke Troyer arrives in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania with many surprising and shocking details of Peters past. Can Sarah trust this stranger that she just met? Will the news that Luke delivers change Sarahs life forever?

The author does a great job relating the characters to circumstances that everyone can relate to including loneliness, brokenness, faith, love and forgiveness. It is always a sweet treat to visit the Kauffman Family in Lancaster County. Make sure you leave extra time when you sit down to read this book because once you pick it up, you wont be setting it down anytime soon!
