    A very good cookbook. Most of the soups are vegetarian, and most are also quite easy to make. Many can be completed start-to-finish in less than an hour. The author relies on bouillon cubes too much for my tastes, but that's an easy thing to adjust.

    This is a great book! I've had this book for over 5 years and I returnto it every season for delicious soup recipes and lovely, warm bits of poetry andquotes. It makes a great gift!
