the concerned ChristianBoston, MAAge: 35-44Gender: male1 Stars Out Of 5Don't waist your money...January 10, 2013the concerned ChristianBoston, MAAge: 35-44Gender: maleQuality: 1Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1The secondary issues this book notes in Christian history is fine, but when it comes to the primary issues (the incarnation [John 1:14; Phil. 2:6-8] and deity of Christ [John 8:24, 58], His virgin birth [Isa. 7:14; Matt. 1:23], His substitutionary death and His PHYSICAL resurrection [Rom. 4:25; 5:8; 10:9-10; 1 Cor. 15]) the author leaves A LOT of room for doubt and speculation. These are essential Christian doctrines. Yet the author writes as if the history of Christianity is open to any various view. The publisher should be ashamed for publishing such a book. I would highly NOT recommend this book for anything but kindling.
