Great reading and very practical. We bought it for our son who is a college freshman working partime as a youth director and is headed for full time ministry. Good information for anyone working with youth.

This is a great tool for those who are beginning youth ministry either vocationally or as a volunteer, or perhaps just beginning work at a new church. The information that Doug Fields provides is practical, encouraging, as well as entertaining. I recommend this book to anyone involved in youth ministry.
