My Son is LOVING this book. He loves to draw and he loves strict direction for his art projects. This is the perfect book for him. The writing He does a sentince or two but I don't make him write all that it says. A great book. We will be getting the rest of the books too.

My son is 9 and we are homeschooling now. He didn't think that he could draw but now every time after he does another picture from this book his confidence is boosted. He was not confident at all in his drawing before and with this one he is able to do something quickly that looks like its supposed to and then move to more detailed pictures later. It made him at least WANT to try to draw harder things instead of just saying he can't draw. WE love it!!!

My six year old couldn't put this book down!!! She practiced drawing EVERYthing in the book. She is writing the sentences and learning to spell everything she writes! We love it.
