This may be the edition you remember. It's exactly the 'green booklet,' but the color has changed (from what is pictured). I am surprised they are still printing it at all because everything has to be so 'cool.' They don't even call it Campus Crusade for Christ anymore, it's just CRU, as in the cool crew, but then they always targeted people for sharing who would be able to appeal to a wider majority if they got saved and went out sharing. Hello, the Gospel is for all who will believe! I don't think Bill Bright intended it to be so cliquey, but the first point is that God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. Second is our sin standing in the way and 3rd is Jesus' work at the cross as the only bridge to God. 4th is receiving and committing your heart and life to God as opposed to just having that head knowledge. The best part of the booklet is that it's not wordy like a CHICK tract. It 4 simple numbered points with Scripture to back each point and a little bit of assurance/follow-up at the end. They're more of a white and dark green, which seems crazy after presenting that one so many times, but the words and pics are exactly as the edition pictured, only the color has changed. Hey, it's more accurate than most of the tracts I've read! And, it's extremely easy to train folks to use. You can detail the 4 points or keep them as basic as you want depending on how much time you have to spend with someone. It really only takes a couple minutes. This is the only track I recommend for my Southern Baptist church, but it has truly been used by many denominations.
