I chose to get the CD-rom version of this book because I needed 5 timeline books at once. What a savings to purchase once and print it myself 5 times. The pages are laid out just right with plenty of room for figures. I've been very pleased with this product. July 20, 2008

A few years ago, I started teaching history chronologically in our home school. One of the best tools to keep it all organized is a time line. After perusing the options, I chose "Wonders of Old: A Blank Time line Book of World History" from Knowledge Quest. I elected to purchase the CD-Rom version to be able to print pages as we went along. My girls tend to get overwhelmed easily, so giving them just a few pages at a time seemed to ease them into the process of creating a time line.I like this product because of its simplicity of use and its clear instructions. Also, I found other time lines lacked the room needed to record all the information my girls wanted to include. This product has plenty of white space for recording events and dates. It also comes with category stickers to print on common label paper to help categorize the information. These were especially popular with my younger children.You won't be disappointed with this product. It is well worth its very economical price tag. July 15, 2008
