If a you have ever questioned your efforts in ministry, this is the book to read. As usual, Peterson has a unique way of connecting with the Bible character - in this case, Jeremiah - and relating his possible emotions and frustrations to this century ministry.
This is really an excellent book. It brings to life an O.T. book that is frequently overlooked and not understood. We are using it in a Bible study group and one of the other participants says that it is the best book he has ever read.
