His BEST album YET! This is by far his best album yet!! The symphony and his voice are DEEP!!! RICH! LOVE it! I cannot say enough for it! It's by far my favorite. January 7, 2012

WONDERFUL COLLECTION [4ÃÂ½ Stars] This CD is an absolutely wonderful compilation of the best-loved (and some not as well-known) Spirituals, sung beautifully by the deep, rich voice of Whintley Phipps. His diction is impeccable, and he is backup by full, lush instrumental backgrounds. While the quality of the recording itself is not entirely top-notch, this is still a terrific CD and one I would highly recommend. Cheryl H. Long March 17, 2011
