Excellent book and beautiful illustrations! This is my kids' and my favorite book of the series. My kids (age 5 and 3) were inspired to try some of the chores that Laura and Mary help their Ma with so yesterday, we "churned" our own butter. A great way to introduce your kids to some of the family values and simpler times of the past!
