Winning the War Within is an informative book about overcoming the temptations we particularly struggle with. Charles Stanley consistently points us to the Lord for victory. God will help us overcome anything we struggle with. No matter what our pasts are, the Lord has forgiven us if we're believers and we need not fear coming to ask Him for help with forgetting the past. I highly recommend Charles Stanley's books for their godly advice to believers of any age. April 23, 2010

This is an excellent book! I consider a book to be well written, relevant and inspired by the Holy Spirit when I have notes written on most pages and I refer back to it when I need encouragement.If you are struggling with temptation continuously, this is the book for you. July 23, 2009
