My review of this book and the series so far (books 1-4) is I think they are pretty good. I gave it a 4 rating because to me a 5 means it's great. It's good, but not great. I think the characters are interesting and the on-going storylines with these characters are interesting too. The writers are very good at making very basic everyday life occurrences, seem interesting and exciting. However, I was a little disappointed in the adventure/mystery part of them. I guess when the back cover of these books described them as being "action-packed mystery and adventure wherever they go", I was expecting a little more. I guess the type of clue finding investigations I was expecting, is like in National Treasure, or maybe an adventure of following clues on a map like in The Goonies. These are very basic everyday things that happen in every community where you live. Like I said, the writers make those everyday things seem exciting and I'm all for realism in a book, but that part of it did not live up to my expectations.
