good thing it was on sale... While the cross is pretty, I was glad I had purchased it on sale instead of full price AND that I had had it shipped directly to me instead of the person I bought it for. 1) it's much cheaper looking than pictured - it looks like mass-produced resin, spray painted, 2) the gift box had to be reglued and 3) the words 'nestled in a silk lined box' are misleading. The box is silk lined, but the cross is very small. As pictured, the 'fit' is great. In reality, even bubble wrapped, the cross isn't nestled. PS - I would sure prefer more 'made in USA' products AND clearer notation when products are imported as mass production items. February 25, 2011
