The video is chock full of family values. I purchased this specifically because of the lessons which permeate The Waltons. My children and I were entertained while also learning about sharing, caring, and selflessness.
An added perk is the children's interest were stimulated to learn sign language. My John has been using the lessons he has learned consistently for the last two weeks. Big Smile.

The Waltons, The Foundling, will be watched and enjoyed in our family during Thanksgiving and Christmas. It comes very compact, just perfect for Christmas stocking stuffers too!

I found this dvd to be very enjoyable, it is wholesome and clean. There should be more programs like this. I rarely watch tv because of all the garbage on the air these days. I don't even allow my grandkids to watch much either. I hate having to monitor everything. With the Waltons I can relax, the content is always wholesome.

My grandchildren (6-7 yrs. old) loved it. A great story for families to help understanding those who have handicaps (especially deafness).

This was a really good DVD. I watched it with my 14 yr old grandson, 13 yr old and 7 year old granddaughters who had never heard of or seen the Waltons. They all loved it. They borrowed it to watch again on the DVD player in their van when they went on vacation.
