Another excellent backgrounder to what U2 is all a I may be considered an oldie at age 67 but I have listened to and collected U2 music, recordings, concert souvenirs, badges and books since they began in the early 1980s. I have seen them live in concert in Australia and on DVD plus the Rattle and Hum movie. Blessings and prayers for all U2 is and does -- they are among several "hidden arrows" God has in His quiver to target sleeping sinners. Great reading! March 14, 2012

I was first introduced to this book by my pastor who had read it and talked briefly about it at church one Sunday. I never realized the spiritual side of the band and did not focus on their lyrics prior to hearing"I Still Haven't found What I'm Looking For" performed by our worship team during a Sunday Service. It is then that my interest was peaked to learn more about the group and particularly about their lead singer, Bono.I will never listen to that song or many of their other songs from their early Joshua Tree album with the same perspective. I highly recommend this reading and purchased 2 copies as Christmas gifts for my son-in-law and stepson. February 18, 2008
