for any level of fitness The author is familiar to me. She goes through each exercise ,clearly demonstrates, and gives level of fitness suggestiion. I like the music used. March 15, 2013

Great toning workout. I was expecting this DVD to be a walking DVD based on the title, so was surprised to discover we walk only to warm up at the beginning. Nevertheless, it's a very good toning workout and I very much enjoy it. I love the focus on our faith as we work out - all glory to God! January 11, 2012

Another winner for Ms. Leslie Sansone. Fun and do-able and a nice switch-off from the 1 or 2 mile exercises. The music is good, the pace is comfortable, and it's an over-all good exercise dvd. March 12, 2010
