Helped me give my heart back to God. I was in a backslidden state, God used this workbook helped me to start seeing my mistakes. It's a Monday - Saturday daily bible study. I do it in the mornings before going to work, and the lessons help keep me in obedience to God throughout the day. I recommend anyone desiring to do things God's way try it yourself.
