You cannot go wrong reading this book from Dr. Rob and Amy Rienow!!! Rob and Amy work in tandem to write this fresh perspective on what a marriage based on Biblical principles can and should look like! The book shares from several perspectives: theological, personal and practical. You should definitely take the take to read this book with your spouse. You won't regret it!

Great Resource for Christian Marriage
Visionary Marriage is not an advice book, it's an explanation of the purpose of marriage. With a greater understanding of God's plan for marriage, couples can reassess where they are and where they want to be. Rob explains how he and Amy have journeyed through their understanding of marriage together, going through the highs and lows, and recognizing that they (like many of us) weren't always living God's vision. Understanding God's beautiful plan and His purpose for uniting us in marriage helps us to find our marrital compass. So without trendy tips and hints this book helps bring couples into a fuller appreciation for what their union truly should be. This book is a definite must-read for couples and those involved in family or marriage ministry. Another Rienow home run!

This isn't just another marriage book about deepening sexual satisfaction, "bringing back the fireworks" or making marriage more personally fulfilling. Instead, Pastor Rob Reinow faithfully presents a vision for marriage designed by God for our good and His glory. This is a great book for keeping you focused on the big picture of marriage and staying intentional about how you live it out.

As the Rienows point out, there are a number of excellent resources on Christian marriage. Any number of books are out there that provide us skills, perspectives, and supports in loving each other as God intended. But, what Rob and Amy have crafted in this book is a piece few if any others are looking at. Couples, especially Christian couples, would do well to ask what God's purpose is for their marriage. Most folks probably don't ask that question at all, let alone try to answser it. This book does both. If you want a book that will challenge you, convict you, and inspire you that yes, there is something greater, this book is certainly for you. If you want a fresh look at how to love your mate for their good, God's glory, and for the benefit of many that will come after you that you will never meet, you'll be glad you read Visionary Marriage
