This book describes the recognizing of the terrible pain of verbal abuse and how to recognize it for what it is. I did not label the abuse I endured as verbal abuse. I kept blaming myself as the abuser had programmed me to do. Being educated is a foundational place to begin the ending of the abuse. Victims who have been rejected, talked down to, not heard, verbally and emotionally wounded will have a beginning step to freedom from the tormenting life of being verbally abused.
