VeggieTales Singalong CD Player
My family and I L.O.V.E. Veggietales and everything that it stands for. That is why we are so sad and disappointed with this product. It is made so cheap. The CD player has to be laying on it's back and cannot be moved at all or the CD will skip and not play. There have been several times when the CD will not even start at all. My 4 year-old is so upset because he is not able to use the microphones at all because as soon as he touches them the CD skips and stops playing. I am at a loss for what to do. I don't want to send it back because I know he would be heartbroken. Makes me sad. :(

Does not have anti-skip
This player is cute and the microphones work just fine, but the cd player does not have anti-skip. Carrying it around with a CD playing does not work as it continually skips. Even a slight bump makes it skip. I am likely returning this player.

Got this for our 3 year old for Christmas along with a few of the Veggie Tale 25 song cds. She has been listening to them non-stop since! It is very simple for her to operate and change the music herself. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I think it's ridiculous that a power cord isn't included. Overall very happy with this purchase!

The microphones are fun.
I love the idea of the children being able to play their Christian songs, and sing along, in duo with the microphones. I do think that the player could be made a little more durable for little people. So far so good, but it's not made as "tough" as some of the other brands. But, the children love harmonizing with their favorite tunes. I would recommend it. Just spend a little time in instructing careful handling.
