I Sponsor several guys at my church. We use this set of steps to heal from our past, and grow spiritually in our recovery. Many of us, including myself have worked the twelve steps through secular fellowships. These questions and exercises facilitate our growth and recovery where the others lacked. Jesus Christ is the key to successful recovery and this book is an awesome tool to do our part in our recovery program. God Bless all those that try this "spiritual Journey." Not recommended for those who are not willing to work hard for their recovery, and freedom from addiction!

This book has been the best I've ever used after over 20 years working with hurting people. I find that keeping the group focused on the common behavior characteristics promotes healing and consistency. The group is empowered to support each other.

It is the perfect tool for group use We are thoroughly enjoying it and it is so easy to follow and implement. We chose a slower format so everyone can go at their own pace.

Working through this book has been one of the best studies I have ever completed. It has helped me to realize that the Lord is bigger than anything and He wants our relationship with Him intact. He can heal anything and He so wants to do it.
