Myer Pearlman is of Jewish ancestry, born in Edinburgh. At the age of fourteen he was licensed as a French interpreter and served as a French translator for the United States army during World War II in France. In 1915 he emigrated to New York, had a conversion experience and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. In 1927 he graduated from a Bible institute in Springfield, Missouri, and that same year joined the faculty. In 1927 he married Irene Graves. He was a great theologian who devoted part of his life to teaching and left behind a great legacy of books. SPANISH BIO: Myer Pearlman es de descendencia judia, nacio en Edimburgo. A los catorce anos se licencio en Frances sirvio de interprete del ejercito de Estados Unidos durante la Primera Guerra Mundial en Francia.
