His ministry background as a pastor, author and church planter now help him assess, coach and train leaders from a wide variety of denominations and nations. He holds degrees in Pastoral Ministries and Church Management and has a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership for Church Multiplication. He and his family live in Blaine, Minnesota.
