I have taken the time to read this and I believe the author to be sincere, however, for a new believer, this could be confusing and very dangerous instruction. Our hope is not held in our physical or emotional state, but in what Christ has done for us in His death, burial and resurrection. Apostles Peter and Paul repeatedly wrote to the new churches saying, in order to grow more like Him, we need to spend more time in His presence and in reading the Word, "therefore avoiding vain human traditions". <br /><br />If our eternal security were dependent on this, we would be hopeless indeed. As a Christian bookstore owner, I am disappointed that this company is distributing this publication. The standards should be much higher.
