Trackers could be the never-ending story that I would be delighted to pick up every day. In a world of wizards, birthrighters, and transmogrified beasts, its a battle of good and evil right to the edge of the cliff. But its not quite over. I would love for another sequel to follow because Kathryn Mackel's imagination is a wild and fascinating place to visit.

This is a beautifully written book with wonderful, heartfelt characters and an amazing and original story. Kathryn Macken lacks for nothing in this amazing story. IT has action, adventure, spiritual warfare, strong dialogue, and wonderfully made characters. So why did I only give it four and a half stars? Because no one knows if the third book in the series will ever be forthcoming. I certainly hope it does. This book has way too many loose ends like: Does Ghedo ever go through with the plans being created througout the story? What happened to Gabe and Anastasia? Did they escape? Will Alrod be defeated? What will happen to Merrihana? What will Timothy do and will he and Dawnray escape? Will something bad happen and the Ark leave its safe haven under the ice as the possibility was mentioned in book one? What happened to the people of the lost birthrighter colony and will they be found or escape? Way too many questions at the end of the story. So few answers.
