Dr. Phil Pringle is a gifted leader that is being used to inspire and provoke people all over the world. I have had the privilege of speaking at conferences with him and have watched how his motivational messages have impacted a generation. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be a world changer! Matthew Barnett
The Dream Center, Los Angeles, California
Dr. Phil Pringle, senior pastor of Christian City Church, one of Australia's fastest growing churches, reveals why leaders who are submitted to authority become empowered and how to develop the vital character strengths of a servant, son, and soldier.
Dr. Pringle reveals that the quality of our leadership is directly proportionate to the quality of our followership. His emphasis is on quality, not ability to follow. You will uncover 10 characteristics that great leaders embrace, including: being sensible, secure in yourself, self-controlled, and spiritual.
