AnnieSurrey BCAge: 55-65Gender: female4 Stars Out Of 5A good readFebruary 24, 2013AnnieSurrey BCAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4I really enjoyed the book. Found the characters to be genuine and believable... Although at times it became a little bit predictable, but possibly in a good way.
Sometimes I find it good to read about how hard times fell on good people in an age much darker than the one we live in... it seems to make the troubles of today seem much more trivial and do-able.
