THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. THIS MUG IS VERY POORLY MADE. IT STAINS VERY EASILY FROM COFFEE AND WITH TEA. IT ALSO IS HEAVY IN WEIGHT. May 16, 2012

I love the way these cups are made. 16oz. is great size so you can add things like whip cream to hot chocolate! and it's big enough to place smaller present inside when giving as a gift. I put hershey kisses for St. Patrick's day and single serve hot chocolate or coffee for other occasions. Using tissue makes the cup the gift box. March 25, 2011
