Tony Cooke's book in Search of Timothy has been a great tool for our Church staff and voulnteers! We give it out to all of our new Ministry of Helps workers! I cannot say enough about how great this book is!! It hits the mark on multiple levels!!

This book is great. It is a must read for ALL church leaders. I have been teaching church leadership classes from this book and I always get a positive response from the participants. I believe this book really teaches on the foundation of true supportive leadership while enabling experience leaders to focus and enhance leadership abilities. Get it and study it.

Our pastor recommended this book to the ministers and I'm so thankful. It's a well written book with scriptures reference in every section. What is most important, it's a great tool for self-examination, and those that serve as support ministers.
