I love this series. Lori Wick is great at drawing you into the era. You won't be disappointed.

This second Californians installment is wonderful and, thankfully, has lost some of the sugar sweet syndrome. Jeff's growth as a character is painful, but realistic, and Bobbie's journey to trust and love with Jeff should, I think, touch anyone with half a heart. There are also some good comedic moments and a touching scene between Kaitlin and Marcail near the end that round out the plot. Good work, Lori!

This is a sweet book! Full adventure and love. I would recommend this book to anyone. And I plan on reading it again lots more times.
