Editorial Reviews

If you haven't had a chance to read this series, I strongly encourage you to get them all! I love the multi-cultural theme the author brings to her stories, and how she manages to make all of her quirky characters work together in each book. And as I mentioned before, the use of southern terms and phrases appeal to my "southern roots" and keep me hooked.

Love, action, mystery, faith, friendship, and more are packed into this work of fiction.  Don’t miss this great read by thinking you might not like it because of the title or cover picture.  I guarantee it contains more than you know.

Jennifer does a fantastic job of throwing out red herrings and keeping you guessing until the very end.

I truly enjoyed this book. Shiloh's sense of humor had me cracking up while her honest struggles as a new Christian made me want to hug her. It was that journey I most loved, her growth in God even when things were nearly impossible all around her. Her choices to do the hard things; forgive, let go of pride, be humble, those were what kept me rooting for her.

‘Til Grits Do Us Part is an entertaining and thought-provoking novel and Jennifer Rogers Spinola beautifully wraps up all of the various storylines. The ending of Shiloh’s story is absolutely perfect and I greatly enjoyed every installment in the Southern Fried Sushi series.

The mystery was fast-paced and well-written. It contained enough twists and turns to keep me guessing, and the whole series demonstrates the author's talent to write both character-driven and suspense-driven plots.

The characters are well developed and the mystery aspect of ‘Til Grits Do Us Part is brilliantly executed.  If you are looking for a mystery, love story,  and lots of quirky laugh out load moments then the Southern Fried Sushi series is for you.  I just bought the other two books and plan to read them soon.
