this book would be good for a teen that is hard to reach or new to christianity. i didnt personally like how the authors were so young. it is like talking to teenagers with problems but they put God into the problem. in otherwords, it is not very advanced on content. i personally homeschool to stay away from the teenage drama so i didnt want my girls reading the drama of school problems and how God was there to help. this book wasn't a good fit for our family, but others may be looking for this type of reading. i was looking for a book to help my daughters become more mature in christian walk yet have content not above their head. i would say this is a good book for getting someone interested in becoming a christian based on the maturity of the content.
I gave this to a teen for xmas. She really liked it. I read a little of it before giving it. I liked that it was teenage girls who wrote all the entries. There is an entry for each day. It can be read like that, or like a book. Good for busy kids with little time.
This was purchased for my teenage daughter. She really likes it. It has short but thought provoking entries to read each day. Doesn't take her a lot of time (on top of homework and everything else) but provides a few moments to focus on God and spiritual ideas.
