Sure, lead singer Mac Powell sounds remarkably like Darius Rucker of Hootie and the Blowfish, but Third Day has an edgy Southern folk rock sound that's all their own. This 12-song collection includes "Forever" and the emotional powerhouse "Thief." From Reunion.

This was the album that started it all for Third Day. It is by far one of their best albums. They have had a hard time putting together a complete album like this one. It has so many classic Third Day songs like Blackbird, Thief, and Consuming Fire. You can't go wrong with this album. There is nothing like vintage Third Day.

I agree with Philip this is a great Southern Rock album praising God! It is my favorite, and I have all of Third Days albums, except Southern Crossing :( I hope that they do another album in this musical style!

Third Day finally landed with a big record label, Reunion, and this CD is a compilation of their best songs from high school to now, in their early 20's.
From Good old Southern rock, to melodic folk, to country, they use a variety of music styles to bring the story of their faith in God forward...and to uplift others and reach hearts for Him.
This is a sincere, from the heart look at a group of 5 young Christians with a desire to share God through music, an excellent album thats a must for any Christian.
